Destiny 2 Destiny 2 is a free-to-play online-only multiplayer first-person shooter Set in a "mythic science fiction world, the game features a multiplayer "shared-world" environment with elements of role-playing games. Activities are divided among player versus environment (PvE) and player versus player (PvP) game types. Players assume the role of a Guardian, protectors of Earth's last safe city as they wield a power called Light to protect the Last City from different alien races.

A team of thieves attempts to break into a futuristic museum to steal one of many artifacts using various advanced technology such as hologram decoys and cloaking devices. A team of guards hired to defend this museum from the impending heist must protect the artifacts and capture the thieves and bring them to justice using all of the tools and technology at their disposal.
